Been outside all day fixing up my bike, then took it out for a blast around town to buy some apples. Forgot to drink water since lunch time and found myself actually craving it and less interested in the apples. Perhaps this is what has been wrong. Dehydration? Perhaps being poisoned by sugar and salt stops the body from realising what it really needs? After all I nearly always drink refined sugar drinks so my body will think in terms of thirst is quenched by sugar. I actually feel basically okay, which is as good as it ever really gets for me usually. Maybe I need to start planning for a good mood 🙂
